CareEmo, operated by Inmeatrix Technologies Private Limited ("CareEmo", "we", "our", or "us"), is committed to providing a reliable and transparent experience to users accessing emotional support services through our platform.

Due to the intangible, time-bound, and experience-based nature of services offered on CareEmo, refunds and cancellations are governed by strict conditions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds may be considered, along with the procedures applicable to such requests.

By accessing or using the CareEmo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Requests

Users who wish to cancel a paid service, subscription, program, or booking on CareEmo must submit a written cancellation request via email to [email protected] or [email protected], or through the official cancellation mechanisms provided within the Platform (where available).

The request must include registered details and a clear statement requesting cancellation.


2.2 Cancellation Timeline

Cancellations must be requested prior to the commencement of the service to be eligible for review. Once a service has started or been accessed, it shall be deemed delivered and non-cancellable.

Subscription cancellations must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.


2.3 Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund except as expressly provided under this Policy.

Access to cancelled services may be revoked immediately or at the end of the billing period, as applicable.

CareEmo operates primarily on a strict no-refund basis. Refunds shall not be granted for dissatisfaction with emotional outcomes, missed sessions, change of mind, or compatibility issues.


3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in cases of billing errors, duplicate transactions, or verified non-delivery of service due to platform-level technical failure attributable solely to CareEmo.


3.3 Refund Request Procedure

CareEmo reserves the right to request additional information to review the request.


3.4 Refund Review & Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued through the original payment method.

Approval of a refund does not set a precedent for future refund requests.


4. Abuse, Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks, refund abuse, or false claims may result in account suspension, restriction of services, and reporting to payment gateways or authorities where required.
