The following Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CareEmo platform, including its website, mobile applications, digital tools, chats, calls, sessions, communities, assessments, programs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
CareEmo is owned and operated by Inmeatrix Technologies Private Limited ("CareEmo", "we", "our", or "us"), a company duly incorporated under the laws of India.
By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with CareEmo's Privacy Policy, Pricing Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy (collectively, the "Related Agreements"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and all Related Agreements. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
The Platform is intended for users aged 14 years or older. Users between 14 and 18 years confirm parental or guardian consent. CareEmo shall not be responsible for unauthorized access by minors.
CareEmo is a non-clinical emotional support platform and does not provide medical or therapeutic services. All interactions are supportive and informational only.
CareEmo acts solely as a technology facilitator. All supporters are independent third-party providers and CareEmo does not control, supervise, or guarantee outcomes.
CareEmo grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Reverse engineering, resale, or commercial exploitation of the Platform is prohibited.
Users are solely responsible for content shared through the Platform. CareEmo does not endorse user content and may remove content that violates policies or laws.
Users grant CareEmo a limited license to use such content for platform operations and compliance.
Users must not misuse the Platform, upload harmful or unlawful content, or engage in activities that violate applicable laws or platform rules. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. CareEmo is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
CareEmo is not intended for emergency or crisis situations. Users must contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is required.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.
CareEmo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to INR 1,000 or the amount paid by the user in the preceding three months, whichever is lower.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareEmo against any claims arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
CareEmo may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion. Users may close their accounts by contacting support.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Indian law. Courts at CareEmo's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
CareEmo may assign its rights or obligations without notice. Users may not assign their rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CareEmo regarding use of the Platform.
